Follow-ups for small sales teams, without the CRM admin

For a small sales team, Sequa keeps the CRM current from the conversations themselves: each person connects their own mailbox, contacts are created and grouped by company, and every lead gets a score with reasons. Sequa drafts follow-ups for each owner to approve. Team is $69 a month for 5 users and Business $149 for 15.

What the team gets

  • Contacts grouped into companies from their work email's domain, with owners.
  • Deals on a board you drag between stages, with open value and win rate on What converts.
  • A weekday morning email with what needs each person.
  • Admins, editors and viewers, and an audit log of exports and deletions.

What converts

Sequa shows which follow-ups get replies, and the follow-ups that did are used as examples for new drafts.

Where Sequa fits

Sequa logs the email conversations from a connected Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com mailbox, or mail you BCC to your workspace's address (Gmail is coming soon). It scores each lead with the reasons shown and drafts the next follow-up in your voice, sent only when you approve it. Plans start at $29 a month, with a 14-day free trial.

Questions

Does everyone share one mailbox?

No. Each person connects their own mailbox, and approved follow-ups go from the approver's own mailbox in the same thread.
