A CRM for consultants who follow up on proposals
For a consultant selling alone, Sequa notices when you sent a proposal and heard nothing, or when a lead wrote and didn't hear back, and drafts the next email in your voice. You approve it and it goes from your own mailbox in the same thread. The Solo plan is $29 a month, with a 14-day free trial.
What it does for one person
- Today lists your warmest leads with why they're warm, new replies and tasks due.
- Follow-ups are spaced further apart each time and stop after the number you choose.
- A draft that needs a price or date the conversation doesn't have leaves a gap you must fill before it can be sent.
- A reply stops the follow-ups it answers.
Mailboxes
Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com connect with Microsoft's own sign-in. Gmail is built and coming soon, once Google verifies Sequa. Until then, or with any other mailbox, BCC or forward mail to your workspace's private address; you send those drafts yourself and mark them as sent.
Where Sequa fits
Sequa logs the email conversations from a connected Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com mailbox, or mail you BCC to your workspace's address (Gmail is coming soon). It scores each lead with the reasons shown and drafts the next follow-up in your voice, sent only when you approve it. Plans start at $29 a month, with a 14-day free trial.
Questions
Does Sequa send anything on its own?
No. Every follow-up is a draft until someone with permission presses Approve and send.
