Everything Sequa does
Log the email conversations with your contacts, score who is ready to buy and draft the next follow-up in your voice for you to approve. Everything below is built and works today; a connection still in early access carries a tag.
What Sequa does today
- Every follow-up is a draft until someone with permission presses Approve and send; it then goes from their own connected mailbox, in the same thread.
- A draft with a [[placeholder]] for a missing price or date can't be sent until it's filled in.
- Scores each contact by ordinary rules, not AI, as ready to buy, warm, cooling or cold, with the reasons shown.
- A reply stops the follow-ups it answers, and a reply asking not to be contacted marks the person do-not-contact.
- Logs mail BCC'd or forwarded to a private workspace address, and adds website form fills as contacts.
- Learns a short description of how you write from your sent mail, which you can read and edit in Settings.
- Imports contacts from a CSV file, filling in blanks and never overwriting what's there.
- Never moves, labels or deletes anything in a connected mailbox.
Contacts and companies
- Contacts grouped into companies from their work email's domain
- Import from a CSV file; matching emails fill in blanks and never overwrite
- Owners, notes, search and filters by interest
- Export everything as a spreadsheet or JSON
Pipeline
- Deals on a board you drag between stages
- Stages you name and order, each open, won or lost
- Once a contact's deals are all won or lost, sales follow-ups stop
- Open value and win rate on What converts
Conversations
- Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com read every few minutes, starting with the last 30 days
- A private BCC and forwarding address for mail Sequa can't see
- Your website form adds the person and their message
- Calls, meetings and notes logged by hand
Follow-ups
- Drafted when a conversation needs a next step, best leads first
- Replies to people who wrote to you, follow-ups to people who didn't answer
- Edit, approve and send, skip for a few days, or stop for good
- Sent from your mailbox in the same thread, or marked as sent by you
Replies and scoring
- A reply stops the follow-ups it answers
- A reply asking not to be contacted marks them do-not-contact
- Scores with plain reasons: recent replies, buying words, forms, deal stage
- Ready to buy, warm, cooling and cold, on every contact
Tasks and team
- Tasks and reminders on contacts and deals
- A weekday morning email with what needs you
- Invite your team as admins, editors or viewers
- Each person connects their own mailbox
Connections
Coming connections are on the integrations page.
- Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com. Sign in with Microsoft; Sequa reads new mail every few minutes and sends the follow-ups you approve as replies in the same thread.
- BCC and forwarding address. BCC or forward emails to your workspace's private address; only mail sent by someone in your workspace is logged.
- Website forms. Point your website form at Sequa; each submission adds the person as a contact, with their message.
